This photo was taken at "Jarowair" in 2008. It took quite some time to identify this insect and with some help from a friend who works for the Deparment of Primary Industries, it was identified as a Mealybug. I have since discovered that it's exact name is :
Snow Ball Large Mealybug - Monophlebulus sp.
