Juv Nankeen Kestrals? 22/08/11

This photo was taken on my litle "handbag camera" and from a distance as to not scare the birds off, I think they are Juvinille Nankeen Kestrals but am a little unsure on this.  They looked so gorgeous perched in the tree enjoying the sunshine.
